All prices are in USD and exclude tax (we do not collect US sales tax). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders resulting from such errors, with a full refund. Order acceptance occurs when your order ships, not when it is placed.
We describe every piece's materials precisely — solid 14K gold, 925 sterling silver, 316L stainless steel, or plated brass, as labeled. Photographs are representative; natural stones and hand-finished pieces vary slightly, which is a feature of genuine materials, not a defect.
All dresses carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, covering seam failure, zipper defects and fabric flaws. The warranty excludes damage from improper washing, and normal wear and fade.
All site content, product photography and copy belong to outfitt and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via support@outfitt.shop before pursuing formal action; any formal action is brought in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
